WHAT ATTENDEES SAY
It was my first time attending a DeBio event. I was surprised at how professional, organized, and focused the conference was. I would highly recommend to others. The organizers did a great job, so thank you!!
It was an amazing event and I will continue participate in next conferences. I feel more empowered and I am grateful for this opportunity. I will implement what I learned and will read a book and use the learned
information. Thank you all so much. The conference was very well done. Great speakers, content, organization and surroundings.
I have enjoyed this conference over the years. I learned that topics that once didn’t apply do now. I look forward to this conference every year.

As ambitious professionals in a hybrid world, we need to share our wins to be viewed as competent at work, but the world has convinced us that bragging is bad. But is ALL bragging bad? And is there such a thing
as "Good Bragging?" As it turns out, research tells us there is... and we need to be doing it to maximize our professional success. We've learned long-term success comes from being seen as both competent AND likable by
others, so to meet our big goals, we need to learn how to be a Good Bragger -- and activate a new approach that achieves both. In her keynote, Henna will teach us the
new way to brag in the modern world - and feel good doing it.

drive them. Beyond identifying technical skills and expertise, participants will explore their leadership and communication styles and, most importantly, their vision for the future. The session's goal is to
have participants learn from their entangled career past and clarify what they want from their careers in the future. Participants will leave with tangible takeaways and a "call to action" to set their expectations
as to what a successful career looks like for them.
Women today have more opportunities than ever, but we still see women leave STEM careers, never to return as they continue to struggle to be heard and have their contributions respected. All this while juggling the responsibilities of family and home with their career. Women STEM Leaders share their own advice, experience, and thoughts on making choices and building alliances to make the most of those opportunities. Pearl Pugh,
president of neuroscience at Johnson & Johnson, and Lo Li Carper, managing vice president of Capital One, join Henna Pryor for an engaging fireside chat to provide valuable insights on their leadership development journeys.
Let’s take a few moments with Ann O'Brien and Danielle Vozzo to bring the focus
inward and connect the mind and body. The practice of mindfulness is a powerful tool for cultivating heightened awareness, improved self-regulation, and increased emotional intelligence. Through a series of breathing exercises
and deliberate movements, this session will provide you with strategies to disentangle yourself from external stresses so you can align your actions and reactions with your true intent.
