All this while juggling the responsibilities of family and home with their career. WHEN LIFE DEMANDS MORE, GIVE THEM YOUR "MORE"
Challenge in life is a given. There will always be one more task to do, one more person to please, one more unmet expectation. The pull on personal resources is a constant; and with internal reserves dwindling at a rate faster than they can seemly be restored, how can you meet the demands of life without losing yourself in the process? By finding your ‘MORE’! ‘MORE’ is your unique brand of ingenuity, creativity, boldness and bravery that enables you to thrive, not just survive, as you face life’s challenges. Michelle Washington will guide and inspire you through the process of discovering and honing your ‘MORE’ to empower you in giving and getting more in life than you ever thought possible.

HOW WOMEN CAN MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THEIR POWER AND POSITION IN THE POST-PANDEMIC WORKPLACE
Inevitably the pandemic has transitioned the structure of the workplace and brought terminologies such as virtual, work from home, or hybrid to the forefront. In an all in-person work environment, everyone’s in the same situation and it’s a level playing field. Visibility at work – being enmeshed, recognized, and valued by networks within your organization – is imperative for career success. It’s how you get recognized for your work, sought out for advancement, and increase influence in professional circles. When you’re working virtually – in any capacity – these passive moments dissipate. New York Times best-selling author and international womens leadership expert Gloria Feldt will discuss how women can take the lead – improving their power and position – in the rapidly changing post-pandemic workplace.
