Challenge in life is a given. There will always be one more task to do, one more person to please, one more unmet expectation. HOW WOMEN CAN MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THEIR POWER AND POSITION IN THE POST-PANDEMIC WORKPLACE

Inevitably the pandemic has transitioned the structure of the workplace and brought terminologies such as virtual, work from home, or hybrid to the forefront. In an all in-person work environment, everyone’s in the same situation and it’s a level playing field. Visibility at work – being enmeshed, recognized, and valued by networks within your organization – is imperative for career success. It’s how you get recognized for your work, sought out for advancement, and increase influence in professional circles. When you’re working virtually – in any capacity – these passive moments dissipate. New York Times best-selling author and international womens leadership expert Gloria Feldt will discuss how women can take the lead – improving their power and position – in the rapidly changing post-pandemic workplace.
