Keisha Morris is an organizational development practitioner who has spent her career helping formal and informal leaders, organizations, and teams maximize their strengths, competencies, and capabilities in industries such as insurance, financial services, government, higher education, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Talent Management and Workforce Development for a Delaware-based healthcare system where she uses her knowledge of talent development, learning science, instructional design, training delivery and facilitation, career and leadership development, research, coaching, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to help others successfully navigate everyday workplace and career challenges. Keisha is currently a Leadership Delaware Fellow and is completing her PhD in Organizational Leadership with Regent University.
