Harris.  "Finding Your Voice: Being Yourself with Confidence" explores techniques for self-expression and assertiveness. Participants delve into understanding their unique identities, overcoming self-doubt, and embracing authenticity. Through interactive discussions, attendees cultivate strategies to communicate their thoughts, values, and desires confidently, fostering personal growth and empowered relationships.

Tanya Y. Harris grew up outside of New York.  She attended Rutgers University College of Engineering where she received a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.  She added an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business. Most of her career has been spent working for Consumer Product and Pharmaceutical Companies such as Johnson & Johnson, BMS, Merck and for the past 20 years AstraZeneca.  Her expertise spans Site General Management, Package Engineering, Facility Maintenance, Aseptic Formulation/Filling and Global Supply Chain and Strategy. One of Tanya’s most recent accomplishments included leading the largest AZ North American Manufacturing Site after an acquisition from a competitor.  This was a thrilling experience and leveraged all her previous skills and talents to ensure the site transitioned as a high performing site with a strong culture of teamwork and quality excellence. Tanya is an avid supporter of Inclusion and Diversity, Mentoring Underrepresented Youth and serving in her local Church. She is happily married and the proud mother of two young men and 3 grandchildren.

Delaware Bio Event Policies

The “Non-Member” rate is for those who very occasionally attend our events (no more than two events) or for those who are evaluating whether they wish to join Delaware Bio. This is not intended for individuals who attend every event in a series. If you fall into this category, we ask that you join the organization. Information about membership can be found by contacting us at info@delawarebio.org.

Please note that Delaware Bio is a member-supported organization, preference is given to our members. If an event becomes sold out and you are registered as a non-member, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund your payment. If you are retired and wish to attend BioBreakfast, we ask that you join the organization as a member, at our new, discounted retired membership level.

When registering please use your company email address, so we can verify membership (if applicable). Registration for our virtual events will end 24-hours before the event is set to begin to ensure you receive the proper communication to join the event. Please register in advance, as it may fill up quickly. Thank you!

Cancellations must be made in writing, via email to the Delaware Bio team more than one (1) week prior to the event to receive a refund minus 25% for registration/administrative costs. If the cancellation is made within one week of the event or the attendee is a no-show, Delaware Bio will not issue a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Delaware Bio.
