July 2023 BioBreakfast
Wednesday, July 19, 2023

Join us on Wednesday, July 19th at 7:30 for the July BioBreakfast to learn about the Blood Bank of Delmarva’s (BBD) exciting new plans to support Delaware’s life science ecosystem from Bruce Sachais the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for The New York Blood Center Enterprises and the Medical Director for the BBD. We’ll also hear from four new member organizations!

July’s BioBreakfast will be hosted by the Blood Bank of Delmarva (BBD), a business unit of New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCE). NYBCE is a leading blood- and cell therapy research and transfusion medicine services organization, supporting and investing in innovation for over 60 years. We’ll hear how NYBCE is contributing to the Delaware life sciences ecosystem, including workforce development, translational research and product development, and in the near future, the creation of an incubator / accelerator at their Christiana headquarters.

As the BioBreakfast is being held at the Blood Bank of Delmarva (BBD), it is a great opportunity to schedule a blood donation and be a lifesaver! If you are interested in scheduling a donation to occur after breakfast on July 19th, please register at the following link: https://bit.ly/CHR71923
