Let’s jingle and mingle as we celebrate the holiday season at Delaware Bio’s BioBriefing Holiday Happy Hour! Join local life science professionals at Autumn Arch Beer Project in Newark for some holiday cheer on Thursday, December 15th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Enjoy relaxed networking, light appetizers, and locally brewed beverages.

Space is limited, please register by Tuesday, December 13th, and pass this invitation on to colleagues interested in meeting other great life science professionals.

Holiday Joy Raiser – Sponsored by The Carlin Collaborative and Harbaugh Village

Bring the joy of the holidays to children in our local community through the gift of giving this year. The holidays can be a financially difficult time for some families especially when they find their little ones in need of unexpected medical care. That’s why The Carlin Collaborative and Harbaugh Village have created a month of gift giving opportunities to benefit the pediatric patients of Bayhealth. Help provide hope, joy, and comfort to pediatric patients of all ages this holiday season by bringing gift donations such as stuffed animals, games, and sensory stimulation toys to the Holiday Joy Raiser table at this event. Please bring new toys and avoid toys for young children that have small or sharp pieces.

Throughout the month of December, you will find Holiday Joy Raiser pop ups throughout local Delaware businesses and events providing many opportunities to give – so even if you are not able to bring a donation to this event, stop by the table to learn about our upcoming drop locations and more ways to give.

Registration Policy

The “Non-Member” rate is for those who very occasionally attend our events (no more than two events) or for those who are evaluating whether they wish to join Delaware Bio. This is not intended for individuals who attend every event in a series. If you fall into this category, we ask that you join the organization. Information about membership can be found by contacting us at info@delawarebio.org.

Please note that Delaware Bio is a member-supported organization, preference is given to our members. If an event becomes sold out and you are registered as a non-member, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund your payment. If you are retired and wish to attend BioBreakfast, we ask that you join the organization as a member, at our new, discounted retired membership level.

When registering please use your company email address, so we can verify membership (if applicable). Registration for our virtual events will end 24-hours before the event is set to begin to ensure you receive the proper communication to join the event. Please register in advance, as it may fill up quickly. Thank you!

Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing, via email to Charlotte Moore more than one (1) week prior to the event to receive a refund minus 25% for registration/administrative costs. If the cancellation is made within one week of the event or the attendee is a no-show, Delaware Bio will not issue a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Charlotte Moore.
