Tour of the Center for Translational Cancer Research at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center

The Center for Translational Cancer Research seeks to quickly move bench research to the bedside by applying basic science toward potential therapies. Established in 2004, the Center for Translational Cancer Research is a formal collaborative program among the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, the University of Delaware, A.I. duPont Children's Hospital and the Delaware Biotechnology Institute. It also includes the Familial Cancer Registry and tissue-procurement program focused on high-risk patients.

Who should attend?

Young engineers, scientists and post docs in the life sciences, that are trying to expand their network or have relocated to the area are invited to participate in this bi-monthly series of meetings.


What to expect?

Tour of the Center for Translational Cancer Research at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center and networking with appetizers and refreshments including soft drinks, beer and wine. An opportunity to meet peers in other companies and academic institutions in Delaware. An audience of roughly 50 professionals have attended our previous Life Science Professionals events.
