The Delaware BioBreakfast Series was launched in 2001 to foster the growth of Delaware's life science community. The event provides an opportunity for individuals to network and stay informed about what is happening in the region's life science community. The event has grown from a relatively small gathering ten years ago to an audience of more than 100 individuals. The Delaware Biotechnology Institute, the Delaware Technology Park and the Delaware BioScience Association, with sponsorship from VWR International, partner in the production of the bi-monthly BioBreakfast.Regularly held at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, the BioBreakfast has also been held at satellite locations over the years including Christiana Care's John H. Ammon Medical Education Center and Agilent Technologies. The breakfast will continue to visit locations like these in the future to enhance the BioBreakfast experience.
